Valószínűleg mindenki hallott egy IP-címről. Nagyon kevés ember tudja, mi az IPv6 cím. Meg fogjuk magyarázni, hogy miről van szó, és mihez szükséges az új szabvány.
IPv6 és IPv4 cím: mi a különbség?
Az internet eléréséhez IP-címekre van szükség. Ennek megfelelően minden eszközt hozzárendelnek, amint létrehozza az internettel való kapcsolatot.
- Az IPv4 szabvány szerint a szokásos IP-címek legfeljebb 12 számjegyből állhatnak - például a 2.280.197.209. Az új IPv6 szabvány legfeljebb 32 karakterből áll.
- Mivel az IPv4-rel csak körülbelül 4, 3 milliárd kombináció lehetséges, és az internethasználók száma növekszik, új szabványra volt szükség. Körülbelül 340 nemi kombináció lehetséges az IPv6-tal.
- 2012-től az új rendszert a német Internet-felhasználók számára is bevezették. 2015-ig az IPv4-et teljesen felváltja az IPv6 Németországban. Ez vonatkozik mind a DSL kapcsolatokra, mind a mobil hálózatra.
- A normál felhasználó számára nincs változás. Csak nagyon régi útválasztóknak lehetnek problémái az IPv6-tal, ezért ezeket ki kell cserélni.
- Felmerül a kérdés, hogy a 4, 3 milliárd IP-cím miért nem elegendő: Feltételezzük, hogy néhány év alatt sokkal több eszköz csatlakozik az internethez, mint a mai napon. Hűtőszekrények, órák és autók - minden csatlakoztatható az internethez. Ha feltételezzük, hogy a világ minden lakosa minden nap több eszközt csatlakoztat az internethez, akkor az IPv4 lehetőségei már nem elégségesek.
